I love a good weekend of marshalling, but I do suffer with a marshal hangover. Tiredness, lack of concentration and EAT ALL THE THINGS!
Today’s contribution is yoga. 20 minutes of yoga to help ease my sore muscles and help my spine to click. I really enjoy the Ekhart Yoga videos, they move at the right pace for me and I don’t find them unachievable (damn you SeaWheeze – I cannot do all of your poses!).
I did struggle to do this today. My motivation is non-existent when I am tired so I had to force any kind of activity today.
It’s only a short one today, as my brain is dribbling out of my ears and I need to go to bed! Here is hoping for a more awake and more interesting Juneathon tomorrow.
Goodnight all!

Quite difficult to master, but with practice, it is entirely achievable!

I always find myself jumping around with heaps of energy when I’m marshaling but then ready to wolf all the support food down afterwards!
I’ll have to check out that yoga for runners video. Desperate to find one that helps loosen my running muscles!

I get the munchies about a day after. I have no idea why though.
That video is really good for stretching out. I would definitely recommend it!

I had to take things easy yesterday, jogging doesn’t agree with, could barely move out of bed in the morning! Hopefully we’ll both be on track today! 🙂

Tiredness and being out of routine are my worst times for mindlessly stuffing things into my mouth so I feel your pain.

It’s rubbish isn’t it! I am predicting a bad food day on Friday, as I am going to be late on Thursday.
